My 22 R1 does the same thing. It’s definitely the decat and factory tune in my case. The idle surge after warmup is normal with the funky fuelling from factory. Just about to get my tune done so pretty excited ✌️

I wonder if your throttle bodies are out of sync. My fj-09 was doing that and it cleared up once I got the throttle bodies synced up.
